So ive been just doing the regular.. yk reading and whatnot. Me, being dark im like ‘hey! where’s the dark people at?’ And not like the ‘tan’ passing mfs. Like I haven’t even seen another race of people. I’m tired of it omgg. And I’ve read a good amount of mangas. And webtoons also! And maybe I’m ignorant because mangas are a Japanese thing? I think?(correct me if im wrong). Does that have anything to do with it?
It’s their standard of beauty. Pale = beautiful in most East Asian countries. Along with the fact that there aren’t many people who are not Asian as well in those countries. Also, you have to be able to sell your work and since people consider pale beautiful in Japan, most would make their characters pale to sell their work easier. Just like ho...... 2 reply
