Some of y'all are out here having read THOUSANDS of web-comics on this godforsaken site. It's scary yet praiseworthy. There is so much garbage to read, whether its the incest plots, pedophila tropes, extremally fucked up yoai, lesbians in yuri who only get off on fingering each other (and barely do anything else), cursed art styles, a bunch of kids starting a club/band, mafia/yakuza shit, hundreds of recycles isekai/reincarnation stories, historical settings (european/east asian) that all have the same copy-and-paste art styles, female/effeminate male MCs that are fucking idiots, male/masc female love interests that are literally abusive, and the list goes on. So y'all ever get bored??? Like genuinely...
In general, ratings and comments are a godsend. If you see that there's a good rating with bad comments, or bad rating with good comments, you gotsa avoid them. But good comments with good rating and good art? There's somehow both fewer and more than you'd expect. 1 reply
It's all worth it for those HIDDEN GEMS I find I usually get new interests every few months or so, and so I scour around for new shit to read or I'm always refinding shit I've read before so it always piles up reply
I avoid incest and pedophilia/shotacon/lolicon or whatever it's called nowadays. I don't even read half of the shit you pointed out in the OP, even then I have thousands of read manga. reply
There are as many gems as there is garbage to read on this site; it takes more effort to find the better stories, but there's enough. You have to avoid the featured content and the popular ones bc there’s a bunch of degenerates on here who will praise anything reply
most of the thousands of manga i've read were back in the day when i used to enjoy recommending and making lists to share hidden gems so i put myself through reading all sorts of shit for y'all reply
I usually get phases where I'm burnout and can barely read anything and everything is boring and sometimes everything is good and I can read 10+ manga a day. You just need to find what genres and tropes you like and you'd most probably find hundreds of manga that might interest you.
