i really hate myself for having such lewd thoughts and even watched av which really upsets me because i hate sex. it's disgusting.i even tried to jack before i knew it. i hate myself to much. i am so ashamed of myself. i find myself disgusting. how do you forget things like this? i have a bad memory but shitty things only stay in my mind af what should i do? :(
I don't know how old you are but curiosity is a very common thing when in puberty. It may feel disgusting but it may help you understand what you like and what you don't. There's nothing to feel ashamed about.
But if you really want to get rid of it, try looking for cute things like cute cartoons and animes. Really silly stuff just to distract you...... 1 reply
