WHY IS BEING SKINNY SO HARD TO ACHIEVE?!
So I'm 150lbs, 5'3 and I'm trying to go down to 120lbs cause I just want to (plus I already have high cholesterol LOL.) Like this might sound superficial but I like how small physiques look and want to be able to fit into almost anything since I love fashion so much. Can anyone give advice on how to lose weight and be consistent for life? Or just please motivate me cause I really need it :)))
Losing weight consists of three things: productive habit, healthy meals (all the nutrients, don't try to cut any out), and good exercise routine. Cardio is only good to dump out calories, but not the best for long term. A little cardio should be could, but work mostly on building muscle.
