WHY IS BEING SKINNY SO HARD TO ACHIEVE?!
So I'm 150lbs, 5'3 and I'm trying to go down to 120lbs cause I just want to (plus I already have high cholesterol LOL.) Like this might sound superficial but I like how small physiques look and want to be able to fit into almost anything since I love fashion so much. Can anyone give advice on how to lose weight and be consistent for life? Or just please motivate me cause I really need it :)))

Losing weight consists of three things: productive habit, healthy meals (all the nutrients, don't try to cut any out), and good exercise routine. Cardio is only good to dump out calories, but not the best for long term. A little cardio should be could, but work mostly on building muscle. I'd try to be healthy first at least.... Many diets are harmful and are only meant for a short time..... It also depends on how fast and slow your metabolism is.... try to lower your cholesterol first... Cut down on high cholesterol foods and manage stress levels.... Exercise is pretty good for maintaining weight and high cholesterol reply
Literally whats keeping me in shape is being in a sport cuz i eat wayyy too much but eating a lot isnt bad for you IF YOU LIKE THE FOOD YOU SHALL EAT IT WITH NO SHAME however if you want to lose weight i suggest for you to drink a lot of water, try to stay active, eat less junk food. I do the fasting method. Then do the calorie restriction diet. Basically u eat everything u want but at a certain limit. It works for me. But after losing 20kg it stop working. And I change my diet again. Don't stick to just one diet. Still fasting and I still eat sugary thing now. Now I lost another 15kg. Im an emotional binge eater too. But when ...... 1 reply
