WHY IS BEING SKINNY SO HARD TO ACHIEVE?!
So I'm 150lbs, 5'3 and I'm trying to go down to 120lbs cause I just want to (plus I already have high cholesterol LOL.) Like this might sound superficial but I like how small physiques look and want to be able to fit into almost anything since I love fashion so much. Can anyone give advice on how to lose weight and be consistent for life? Or just please motivate me cause I really need it :)))
I honestly don’t know how to lose weight either but I’m trying by working out every other day and eating healthier.I know you can do it so keep trying different things and see which works out for you the best I love you and you have my support!ヾ(☆▽☆) reply
