WHY IS BEING SKINNY SO HARD TO ACHIEVE?!
So I'm 150lbs, 5'3 and I'm trying to go down to 120lbs cause I just want to (plus I already have high cholesterol LOL.) Like this might sound superficial but I like how small physiques look and want to be able to fit into almost anything since I love fashion so much. Can anyone give advice on how to lose weight and be consistent for life? Or just please motivate me cause I really need it :)))
I do the fasting method. Then do the calorie restriction diet. Basically u eat everything u want but at a certain limit. It works for me. But after losing 20kg it stop working. And I change my diet again. Don't stick to just one diet. Still fasting and I still eat sugary thing now. Now I lost another 15kg. Im an emotional binge eater too. But when ...... 1 reply
