LGBT Folks - How do you feel about BL?
Hi guys,
Doing a general tally for a paper. Anyone who's LGBT on here, can you give me a brief description of your relationship with BL. How do you feel about it? Do you think it helps/hurt/effects your identity in any way?
Asexual and bi female here. I don't care too much tbh. It's media, supposed to be entertaining even at the expense of realisticity. The ones that makes me iffy are the ones that use homophobic tropes (deprived gay is really common and uncomfortable)/romanticise rape culture and abuse/shame people for their orientation or gender.
