will you guys, like, get married one day ?
So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
Considering minorities fought (and are still fighting) for their right to get married I think its wrong to say marriage is pointless. (Ofc not only because of that but it does hold certain meaning, I mean isnt almost everything a social construct or a consequence of it)
Also you shouldnt be considered weird for not wanting marriage/kids but unfortu...... reply
