will you guys, like, get married one day ?
So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
(I am currently married to the person I've dated since 8th grade.) If you have someone you love and have been with for years you don't even have to get married. All in all its just a piece of paper, just be with someone who makes you happy. Don't let the fear of what others think of you make decisions for you.
