It’s hard. Really hard to deal with it.
You tremble at the slightest social situations that to the point it gets hard to breathe and your mind goes completely blank that you wouldn’t even remember what happened.
Even If you try to deny it. You won’t be able to escape the reality that you unconciously push yourself away from everybody.
