What makes yaoi so special?
Can fujoshis please explain to me what they find so interesting about yaoi? I've seen a lot of fujoshis that put yaoi up on a pedestal like it's the superior form of media, when it's really just gay hentai
I can enjoy a good BL story, but I'm confused as to why some fujoshis argue that it's better than stories with hetero relationships, and even going as far as to say "it would be better if it was yaoi"
I hope nobody takes this the wrong way. I'm just very curious to hear others' opinions on the matter
I think nothing much? My first foray into yaoi was ofcourse the more popular/better titles and what I liked about those (compared to shoujo) was how both characters in the relationship actually feel like human beings. Like they have emotions and actually work on solving their issues unlike most shoujo where there's always this "perfect" but ruthles...... reply
