Tip's for losing weight?
I'm technically overweight, but I'm not fat. I'm about 5'3" and 145lbs. I've lost 10lbs over the past week and want some tips on how to lose some more pounds. My goal is to be around 120-130lbs. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I lost a ton of weight just by eating less in general. I realized that I was overeating and my appetite naturally decreased to fit my body. Overall I’ve lost around 25 lbs just by eating less, not necessarily better. My diet is still pretty bad, but my portions are so much lower.
