Tip's for losing weight?
I'm technically overweight, but I'm not fat. I'm about 5'3" and 145lbs. I've lost 10lbs over the past week and want some tips on how to lose some more pounds. My goal is to be around 120-130lbs. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Wow 10 pounds in a week is a lot! For me it's mostly about finding something you can stick to long term, whether thats a diet change, or exercise. Often when you lose weight fast it gets hard to keep it off if you aren't being consistent. I would look into a longer term weight loss plan and only try to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
