Why do you read yaoi?
Based off another question on here, but I just realized that I read a lot of yaoi stories (I read other things too, its not just exclusively yaoi content) but I don't really have any reason why I like it other than it's entertaining? Like I have no super deep or emotional reason to read so much of it, but I do anyway? Does that even make sense? So I'm just curious as to why other people read it and like it so much, because maybe then I can relate and understand myself more?
I’m aromantic ace. I can only feel love and lust when I read about it. It makes me feel like I can sorta feel it too, as long as there’s another element I’m familiar with.
