Do you really feel apathetic or just a bit slow to react to an unexpected situation and then regret it? Because I am like that but it depends. Sometimes I can resonates like crying over some unknown kids dying while another time I will gave a dry response to a classmates who died due to an unexpected accident. Well tbh idk anymore.
