will you guys, like, get married one day ?
So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
In all honesty, I don't think I will. But maybe I will change my mind when I'm older. Who can tell.
At the moment I feel like marriage is nothing more than a legal and financial commitment rather than a romantic or platonic one. I think the only reason I could come up with where I would agree to marrying someone is if I wanted to adopt children or ...... 2 reply
