So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
I don't care about marriage. My culture tends to pressure people into marriage and many have dysfunctional marriages because of that I think. I will get married if it makes the person I'm with happy and I have been with them long enough for me to do something like that but I never have cared about marriage. I don't want children.
