y'all are just as capable of fetishizing gay men as well. fyi, being lgbtq+ doesnt give you a free pass and y'all love to pull the "yaoi was founded by lgbtq+ women and they used it to express themselves reeeeee" yeah bc expressing yourself through r@pe fetishism between gay men is something to be proud of. big yikes. Yaoi wasn't invented by queer women, it was invented by cishet women to express themselves in different sexual norms and inserting themselves into romance - hence why so many yaoi and other BL manga play the same way as a cishet relationship, why so many characters are "women." reply

idk where you heard that from but i havent heard any wlw claiming that yaoi was founded by wlw?? its common knowledge that yaoi is usually drawn by straight women for straight women, especially because yaoi couples are often extremely heteronormative (seme = very manly, uke = very feminine).
