I did a year ago, but last night my sister asked me have I tried to kill myself, and I said yes. She’s really down lately and considering it a couple times too. I wonder why I never realized it before.
Yes, I have. I don't want to go into detail on here because I don't want to trigger someone. But I'm in a much better place now. I have a suicidal friend and unfortunately I never know what to say to support her. All I can do is listen and be a shoulder for her to cry on. 1 reply
