i’m 5’10” and 110 lbs i literally feel so fucking fat everyday i only eat a single crushed almond for breakfast lunch and dinner and i’m still above my goal (90 lbs) should i just jump at this point
If you are really serious, at 5 feet 10 inches, 110 pounds is severely underweight. As the others have said, seek professional help if you are serious. If you are not, still seek professional help. reply
