i’m 5’10” and 110 lbs i literally feel so fucking fat everyday i only eat a single crushed almond for breakfast lunch and dinner and i’m still above my goal (90 lbs) should i just jump at this point
I’m 5”4’ and 98 Ibs. The only reason I am like this is because of the fact that my previous adhd meds made me lose weight and I have a fast metabolism. I know this because I went to the doctor.
