It was so terrible that I couldn't get out of bed and I could barely move and even find a comfortable position It also made me more suicidal and made my depressive episodes worse which made me more unstable while giving me horrible dysphoria Now I'm on hormone blockers so I'm doing better in that regard   reply

my periods feel like a fucking parasite is eating me from the inside, i can feel literally every single nerve in my body , whenever i see my period tracker app send me a notification saying “your period is soon” i start to fucking train and prepare myself like im about to head to war   reply

Not at alllllll . I feel like I'm God when I see people complaining about mensuration pain. I just feel little heavy at bottom stomach for 1-2 hours & then everything passes like breeze lol. Even my periods are regular with normal flow. Its been like that since start. A little con is that I get post period Acne, which is also not a problem coz I......   reply
