Do you guys have painful periods?
Honestly no like I've never had a painful experience when it comes to periods besides the blood coming out of me and me crying aka my mood it's like a normal few days
It was so terrible that I couldn't get out of bed and I could barely move and even find a comfortable position
It also made me more suicidal and made my depressive episodes worse which made me more unstable while giving me horrible dysphoria
Now I'm on hormone blockers so I'm doing better in that regard reply
