What are some hurtful words you've said out of anger?
A few years ago my dad and uncle got into a car accident, my dad survived and sadly my uncle passed. A few months back we had a fight and I had said to him that I wished it had been him who died in the accident and not my uncle. The look of sadness on his face when I told him that still lingers in my mind, every time I think about it makes my chest tighten up a bit.
I told my parents that I’ve always wanted to die which backfire at me bc they thought I’m mentally ill plus they even told me “so what u have to go through your life ALONE stop finding other ppl’s comfort” . tbh that 50% hurt me 50% helped me.Now I’m fine being alone. reply
