So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?

No, never. It’ll probably be too much effort for me to entertain another person with my boring, awkward self everyday. It could possibly just exhaust me too much when theres problems. :/ I’m not really good at communicating interactions with others irl so the single life is better for me. 1 reply
Ever since I was little I never wanted to be married. Even now my feelings towards marriage never changed. I dislike children and when I say it like that it sounds bad...But it's true. I actually don't like the idea of being married. I'm asexual so I can't picture myself getting married or having a child. I don't know, but im sure that im not attracted to anyone. People might think I'm a boring person, indeed i am, but I know I'm happy with how the things they are now. reply
My parents ruined marriage for me, I looooooooove love stories, but for me that belongs to the fantasy world, I don't believe in real life love and I don't have the temperament to make it work it out, I would blur myself out of the picture in the first disagreement, add that the fact that I am ace.
