I think I am bi, but my parents are very religious and if they ever found out about me even talking about LGBTQ community they would gasp in horror. They told me they don't care who is doing what, as long as it's not me. Yet I want them to know..should I come out?
1. You mentioned they would gasp if you were talking about lgbtq issues? Then talk about that stuff when it comes up in the news, or talk about someone you know/a celebrity you/your parents like that is in the lgbtq community! Have discussions so that they know queer people are real, not just concepts.
