I did a year ago, but last night my sister asked me have I tried to kill myself, and I said yes. She’s really down lately and considering it a couple times too. I wonder why I never realized it before.
When I was younger, I hid a knife in my laundry basket and every time my dad would lash out, I would poke myself with it, harder and harder till one day I poked a little too hard and slit my wrist open.
