Okay, I wanna say that I am not crazy.
I really don't know how to say this but. Everytime I'm awake at night something is pulling me, like forcing me to go to sleep. What's crazy is that during it I can't breathe. Idk if it's a dream but it feels so real. Everytime I try to stop it it's like forcing my eyelids to close. LIKE BABE I CANT FUCKING BREATHE. I fight back cause it's always putting me into a nightmare or sleep paralysis dream. I don't know tho cause the paralysis dream is allowing me to move. I always stay in my bed. Everytime it happens I can hear my heartbeat making thump and it gets louder everytime. Also everytime it happens i can force myself to wake up. I close my eyes and stop thinking abt it and i wake up. I'm so scared idk what to do, idk if it's like my body telling my ass to go to sleep. Someone tell me pls.
Lmao why ppl thinks you are hunted by demons idk but I believe it's not something serious. I had sleep paralysis for days back then and it was happening day after day that I wasn't even surprised anymore. Everytime I had I was like "oh yeah here we are again".
