Why are we debating this type of shit on a manga website like honestly, nobody is born evil or good its bred through environment, culture and decisions. This is just me but I think humans are innately good. There's obviously also the question about what good or bad even means, but that's its own discussion lol. So going with "good in the sense of helping the human species" I'd say yes. Pretty much any human is born with an innate drive to bring forward the human species.
