yall i got probably one of the most biggest exams boutta soon happen in my LIFE. and if i fail this shit without getting 7 or above my ass is kicked from having a roof over my head. I need revision tips asap, like genuinely ones that are able to work. i am in the low end, to get to a 7 man?? I HAVE BEEN CHEATING MY WAY UP THIS WHOLE TIME I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND SHIT IN MATHS, nor biology.. chemistry, physics… ill put my current grades up, (im in the UK, doin gcses)
Eng Lang: 3 Eng Lit: 4 Maths: 5+ (in reality should be like a 3 but i had to cheat my way up to get to higher) History: 6 Chem: 7+ (should be like a 5 or 4) Bio: 7 (again, should be 3, 4 or 5) Physics: 7 (same thing) Business: 5 PRE or RE: (wtvtf +1 means, i got a grade 7 on my recent test) Spanish: 4+
i get its my fault or whatever for cheatin durin the tests yada yada but YOU DONT UNDERSTAND, i had one chance to get into separate/higher science/maths for my parents to be proud, or else they woulda never spoken to me again. cant blame me when movin up from foundation maths to higher in year 9 expecting me to know all this pythagromomotriangle shit man. my science exam boards are AQA and the rest except for pre and maybe spanish is edexcel.
I NEED REVISION TIPS!! my first exam is gon b history cold war then the next day bein germany AND ON THAT SAME FUCKING DAY ENG LIT. from the 7th to 27th or smth may. anyways, please pass ya gyal revision tips and your personal experiences w handlin exam shit.

i mean ive heard miracles where ppl w grade 3 managed to ace to a grade 7-8 the day before the actual exams startin, i can tell your ass is a procrastinator startin maths from the beginning of units 1-15 is crazy in that short amount of time bro you ain cooked man yous fried, prayers your way

Lmaoooo my advice is to be realistic - getting all 7s and ur exams start next week may not be feasible.
Next focus on what u wanna do for college/6th form, if its science, focus on ur science. No one is gonna give a shit about ur Spanish grade unless u wanna take it for a level.
Use PMT, Save my Exams and YouTube. Just practice questions. 2 reply

1. SCIENCES: CGP GUIDES, FLASHCARDS, REVISION DOCUMENTS
For sciences, use the CGP books (find them online-u probably do not have time to order physical copies). They were way better in almost every aspect than the textbook brand my school had us use tho ofc things change over time. Bu...... 2 reply
Can't help with history (geography is better) but for eng lit literally just do past papers and memorise key points on the mark schemes. Also go over key quotes and make flash cards writing down analysis for specific ones. Also look into different themes that may come up (eg if you do macbeth, one of the themes is kingship). bro ur kinda cooked speaking as sm who goes to a high achieving school with an avg of 8/9s these r my advice :
for english memorise quotes for ur set texts (as a grade 8/9er I'd say two quotes per theme/character should be manageable for you) and memorise the analysis to go with it

I'm also a crammer but ngl none of the fancy tricks ever worked for me. What I do is:
-read the material then explain it to myself again like I'm teaching myself
-highlight/underline important stuff if you have a written copy
-write down important terms then their summarized meaning (A - summarized meaning of A in a single sentence) after reading ...... 1 reply
I always act like its a presenation so I'd summarize everything that we needed to study on a paper, then give each chapter a section and questions that would more or less be in the exam.
