If this is being asked seriously then consider this; most women read yaoi because it is written for the female gaze (or gay gaze). Basically the men are often drawn very attractively compared to in most hentai's they barely even focus in on the guy's face.
I believe that most women, or people in general, do not read yaoi to fetishize a sexuality....... reply
