will you guys, like, get married one day ?
So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
I don’t really think much about this. For me, being married is one of the “maybes” in life. I don’t see it as a goal or a requirement even though the people around me do. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t. People can mouth off as much as they want but in the end it’s my life.
