What was your first exposure to Anime/Manga, and do you think it influences what you enjoy currently

a simple question to drown out negativity,

My first exposure was a VHS tape of Sailor Moon i rented from the local library when i was little!

I still LOVE the imagery that goes along with magical-girl type things, but i tend to enjoy comedy and shounen manga/anime nowadays.

The ever first manga I was exposed to was given by my Dad. I forgot what it was called, but my Dad didn't even check if it was okay for me. I was pretty much 8 or 9 when I saw a loli's uncensored chest. Darn it dad- The first anime I saw was probably Diabolik Lovers. If you don't count Pokemon that is. 2 reply
