Once you get into BL you can never go back
So I was once an avid het romance reader, simped and shipped straight couples only with an unparalleled enthusiasm and vigour but then I got into BL and suddenly I hated reading het romance, it felt so disgusting and I couldn't tolerate it (still do)...I thought it was kind of like a natural response of sorts since a lot of ppl have reported to exp the same reaction but I was starting to wonder what if I get tired of bl ( which ik is bound to happen one day but hopefully I didn't jinx it)... so what are your thoughts and experiences?
When I started to read bl I couldn't read straight romances for years. But then after I d read so much that there were less and less left to read I started to read straight things and I was actually surprised at how many good stories I could find. Now I read both bl and the straight 60%/40% reply
