I was eating a mug cake while reading and at some point I said aloud "who made that shit it taste disgusting" it's me , I made that shit it's indeed taste like shit I wonder what went wrong I just replaced the bar of chocolate that I didn't have with powdered chocolate
It's probably lacking moisture/fat from the chocolate bar (melted chocolate=wet, powder chocolate=dry). Besides, chocolate powder probably has a different amount of sugar in it depending on what you used and also has other ingredients in it (to make it less clumpy and more soluble), so it won't taste the same.
