i think it would be a super fun idea to have an actually rational normal human being (preferably a woman) isekai-ed to a world with a setting similar to those straight smut manhwas written by men for men with goofy ass plots. she will NOT get involved with the guy in a sexual way and rather just be disgusted with it all and actually provide therapy to the women so they can turn normal too before something weird happens!! she will know what the world is like beforehand and basically prevent the man from getting any game by turning everyone normal, while the man also just goes on to live a normal life unaware of what could have happened if it weren't for mc. and while this is happening, she will come across other people not involved with the guy or the story the world is based off who also fall under these tropes for the funny.
