does anyone else feel like the internet has becoming boring as hell? i feel like ever since cringe culture has become a thing i am seeing less and less new/fun things pop up on the internet. everything that is deemed slightly “weird” is relentlessly bullied and eventually taken off. i think if cringe culture never became a thing more people would post fun things and creativity would flourish bc the fear of being ridiculed would be gone. everything feels like slop now
The internet? Boring? I get to see Trump x Biden fanfiction on my feed daily. Cringe culture is nothing new, the term is new, but being called weird is not. But we get to live in a world where the word queer is reclaimed with a positive connotation and gay marriage is increasingly accepted. People get paid to make furry art and sell their feet pics...... 1 reply
