The worst cramps I ever had was also my first time getting cramps. I’d accidentally taken two doses of my adderall (60 mg total) the day before. My whole body was exhausted the next day because my bodily functions had been doing double time, so I stayed home and wanted to sleep the whole day.

I literally have no idea why cramps are sometimes worse even when you haven't changed anything about your lifestyle. Two years ago I had my most painful period, I don't even remember a lot of that day bc I was in and out of consciousness. I think I fainted like 2 or 3 times, I thought I was gonna die 10/10 would not recommend 1 reply
I dont get bad cramps.. just this dull and constant backache. Also i get so fcking sleepy, its impossible for me to maintain my daily activities. reply
if it's late (usually bc of my poor diet and possible unhealthy weight gain),then it's feels like an invisible zombie hand punching the walls of my uterus (becomes rapid triple punches occasionally), my knees hurt like they're gonna split, my back and thighs feel sore and i lose the will to live. if it happens like usual, i don't even realize that ...... reply
i had one period back in what i think the eighth grade. I had caught strep throat. And before i came on i had a anemic fever so i was down. Like getting hot and cold i didn't move or eat. And then three days in i came on my cycle. I had to take iron pills with a bad throat i end up throwing up and passing out. And that lasted for three years every...... reply
Back in highschool I used has the worst cramp ever like I couldn't move, I throw up and on some cases I even passed out. Went to doctor spend lots on money on check up only for the conclusion to be I have fuck up teen hormone.
Now at almost 26 my period pain is so much better than before it just dull aches once in a while usually when I don't ge...... reply
pfft I remember when I was in class like I think 7th or 8th grade? I was literally dying the teacher wasn't in the class atm and we were doing a timed test. Istg I felt like my stomach was going to turn inside out!! My ass was too embarrassed to tell anybody but thankfully the teacher came back and he told me I could do it another time 1 reply
My cramps are usually at the beginning of my period when I'm just spotting. Other than that it's not usually a problem. I have been in the last year or so getting lightheaded and dizzy right before my period. I almost passed out at work a couple of months ago because of it. reply
