i can get pretty anxious and i was having side ab pains myself. i found walking outside or using the treadmill for 24 mins a day helped A LOT. and the ab pains have subsided for the most part unless i get super stressed. also drinking more water helps a lot as well. i know this one sounds simple but it can help with the tummy n headaches possibly. ......   2 reply
