For me going on walks works best . And if you can't sleep due to stress as well , go on walks around the time sunsets . This way you will feel sleepy easily cuz your body is tired . i can get pretty anxious and i was having side ab pains myself. i found walking outside or using the treadmill for 24 mins a day helped A LOT. and the ab pains have subsided for the most part unless i get super stressed. also drinking more water helps a lot as well. i know this one sounds simple but it can help with the tummy n headaches possibly. ...... 2 reply
I’m no professional but maybe try meditation? Or maybe picking a hobby that decreases stress or distracts you enough not sure tbh I hope you somehow find a solution soon 2 reply
