PET OWNERS I NEED HELP
brought home a stray kitten, and i've got it vaccinated and everything, and even convinced my obstinate animal-hating mother to let me keep it, but my dog is acting like a fkin bitch (ironic lmao), she keeps barking and if I leave the kitten unattended she might just eat that poor thing. how do I make her stop, I've seen a lot of videos of pet owners introducing cats to their dogs and they all act like such angels. my dog is usually very well behaved and listens to me but after I brought the kitten home, it's like she's been angry with me and even growled at me for the first time ever
Speaking from experience don't put a leash on your dog or put them in the cage specifically when the cat is around or cary the cat too much when the dog is around, this makes them feel very jealous and will associate that feeling of punishment with the cat and WILL make the aggression worse especially in young dogs that had no other play mates and ...... reply
