Beacause it's normal for minors to admire/be attracted/have crushes on older people. It is not normal for adults to claim to do the same towards a minor. It is the adult's job to not do that or be that way. You also don't want to be friends with adults who think that these things are okay with others doing it. Its just weird and creepy.
