what tf do u do when u feel uneasy af cuz u got some things u have to do but at the same time you're physically and mentally tired (like passively sleepy like idk)?
Honestly I just sit there like, what the hell am I even supposed to do now? I’ve got stuff piling up, but my brain’s messed up and my body’s like half asleep It’s that weird zone where ure too tired to function but too restless to actually rest. Sometimes i talk with my bsf to ease up reply
I usually wait till the last moment so that I get even more stressed. I do try to do that thing in time; if not, I just come up with an excuse or I simply give up. This might be random, but do y'all also lowkey love being extremely stressed like adrenaline type stressed??? 1 reply

but for normal, non mentally ill ppl if u wanna relieve stress fast u can, go for a job, jerk it or take a warm shower

You should probably first find out where and at what time you can focus/ concentrate the most. Don't try to start when you already know your just gonna do everything in your power to avoid working on it. It just makes a 1 hour stretch out in 2-3 hours (if your tight on time). But if your type of person can't finish stuff without a bit of distractio...... reply
