My therapist suggested that I might have somniphobia. I fear not waking up so I ALWAYS have an alarm. Even on weekend. Doesnt matter if I actually need to be somewhere but i still have to pur one on to make sure i will wake up. Also i get heavy panic attacks if i dont sleep when i feel tired. The later and more tired the worse the panic. I get eas......   reply
