I am the only one?
Sometime before sleeping I feel like I won't wake up in the morning So I clean my room and my phone of everything that could be embarrassing if found I am not sick or anything. Before I was scared of sleeping because of that but now I just think it is what it is.
In my case i fear people close to me would die in their sleep so i either keep watch of them (like making sure they are breathing) or I stay awake all night waiting for them to message me to confirm they are still alive. Been told its severe anxiety and got prescribed sleeping pill and several others pills reply
