ACADEMIC STRESS
How do you all deal with academic stress? I often find myself getting really stressed out when I think about my grades, and it ends up affecting my ability to rest and relax. :( I find it hard to take time for myself because I’m constantly worrying about whether my grades will be good enough. The pressure to perform well, especially when I’m striving for higher grades, just keeps building up. It makes me anxious and exhausted, and I often feel like I can’t truly enjoy my free time. Even on weekends, which are supposed to be for rest, I still feel this underlying tension because I know there’s always more to do, more to improve, and the constant worry about not measuring up…
As an overachiever, I deal with academic stress by simply doing my best. As long as I’ve given my all, the grade doesn’t matter to me. Have you heard of the saying, "C students rule the world"? It’s because they understand failure, adapt, and thrive as future leaders. A letter or a grade doesn’t define you—you are so much more than that. ...... reply
