ACADEMIC STRESS
How do you all deal with academic stress? I often find myself getting really stressed out when I think about my grades, and it ends up affecting my ability to rest and relax. :( I find it hard to take time for myself because I’m constantly worrying about whether my grades will be good enough. The pressure to perform well, especially when I’m striving for higher grades, just keeps building up. It makes me anxious and exhausted, and I often feel like I can’t truly enjoy my free time. Even on weekends, which are supposed to be for rest, I still feel this underlying tension because I know there’s always more to do, more to improve, and the constant worry about not measuring up…
Coming from a consistent honor student from elementary to highschool and president lister in uni, i deal with it by simply not thinking about it lol. Like I do my hobbies to distract myself so i don't overthinking. Also, I have this 'it is what it is' mindset, so i don't really get pressured or stressed that much.
