Kill all pitbulls. They are not just a regular domesticated breed of dogs. They should be banned & then culled. When a dog maims someone, it is put down, yet when there's a whole breed of them that display such qualities, they're "misunderstood" and it's "the owner not the breed." If a person who is intoxicated assault you they have a legitimate defends that they were incapacitated and didn't know what they were doing. I think it shouldnt be an applicable defense at all
