What would you recommend someone who doesn't like to read romance (like BL, GL, &Het) anymore?

Or generally, someone who's depressed/ doesn't find joy in the things they usually do/read.

It can be anything, a simple song, a comedic manhwa/manga, a quote, a hobby... Whatever it is. Someone here might need it.
